Every Friday we celebrate family! Tonight we are having a yummy spaghetti meal and just playing outside with the kids. THEN : its mommy & daddy time :) We are going to watch "Faith like potatoes" - look for review next week!
Bake according to the box, but check about 15 minutes early. The time will depend on the depth of your pan. Let the cake cool completely before mixing the filling. Otherwise you will have a ice crystals in the ice cream mix. Cut the cake with your favorite cookie cutter. Large ones work best. Slice the shapes in half and fill with ice cream mixture. Wrap individually with plastic wrap and place in freezer bag. Freeze until ready to serve!
Ice Cream - Filling Mix:
8 oz softened Cream Cheese
1/4 cup Powder Sugar
1/2 small tub of cool whip
1/2 gallon softened Ice Cream - any flavor (I used vanilla)
Mix Cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy. Slowly mix in the cool whip than the ice cream.
